Hocus Pocus Tiered Tray

 Hello Friends,

Lately I have really been into making these tired trays.  I kinda skipped fall and went right to Halloween when I saw these cute little stuffed Sanderson Sister dolls.

Here is the whole tray:

Another view of the tray:

The bottom tier:

The middle tier:

The signs in the back say "Another Glorious Morning Makes Me Sick!" And of course you have to have your "Hocus Pocus".

The top tier:

So this part is for all the friends that follow me on the various tiered tray groups:

I cut styrofoam circles to make the tray less deep. I wrapped the outside of the tray with ribbon that I ran through my Xyron Machine (it makes one side of the ribbon sticky). I ran Halloween colored construction paper through the paper shredder to put on top the styrofoam. Most of the signs came from a bundle on Amazon.  The dolls came from the Hallmark Store but I have also heard that they are selling at Target.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Three Tiered Beach Tray

 Hi Friends,

I have really gotten into making these tiered trays.  I made this for a friend from out of town who ended up never making it to my house so I am keeping it!

I love tiered trays because you can gather up little stuff and bring it all together.

Here is the entire tray.  See the little ty crab?  I've had that for years, as well as the sand bowl and lighthouse.

Here is the top tier.  I purchased the signs from Amazon.  Noticed the shredded paper?  They are leftover scraps of paper that I put through the shredder.

This is the middle tier.   The glass mermaid was a find at the dollar store back in March.

See the little box with the flip flops?  I made that.

I added rope and seashells to the "house shaped block"

The bottom tier.  I love the "Life's a Beach" sign.

I am entering this project into the following challenges:

A Perfect Time To Craft - ATG

Arty Divas - ATG

Crafts Galore Encore - #102 - ATG

Girlz Creative Crafts - #28 - ATG

Thanks so much for stopping by!  I hope you enjoyed my tiered tray!

INAS #140 Colours of Fruit

 Good Morning,

Sorry I have been away, this has been the strangest summer!

The theme for International Art & Soul for this fortnight is "Colours of Fruit" This doesn't mean that you have to use fruit paper, just make your project in fruity colours. (Check out the blog to see what my DT Sisters have created).

I have had this strawberry paper forever so I decided to use it in my layout.

I haven't put pictures on my layout because I haven't decided to keep it or give it to a friend who recently had a baby girl.

I tried just putting the alphabets onto the strawberry paper but I discovered that they were barely readable so I cut out squares with my Recollections Square Punch, inked them with green ink and then placed the letters on top.

Here is a close up of the two pages.

To make the pie, I inked the top with light brown ink, then I embossed it to make it look less smooth.  The strawberry brad is something I have owned for years!

I am entering this layout into the following challenges:

Creative Fingers - #236 - ATG

Moving Along with the Times - #145 - ATG

 Good Morning Friends,

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!

We have a new challenge over at International Art & Soul it is Challenge #136 "Four Legged Friends".  I love this challenge.

So this card is the combination of several stamps.  The dog stamps are called Mama Elephant by Hampton Art.  The "You are Pawsome" is from an older set of stamps (sorry don't know the name of the stamp set) The Brads are super old!  I think I have had them for about 10 years!!! The paper is Echo Park "Love My Dog". Which I recently bought. The dogs were colored with Copic Markers.

I used the color board from The Card Concept #177 to choose my colors.  I wanted something masculine looking with a little pop of color.

INAS Challenge #133 Theme: 3 of Something

 Good Morning Friends,

Our challenge #133 at International Art & Soul's theme is "3 of Something" I decided to make a Mother's day box. This is going to be a photo heavy blog so get some tea or coffee and join me.  I have missed all of you so much!  What have you been up to?

This is a large Mother's Day box from Dreaming Tree SVG it was quite time consuming but I think it was worth it.  So my 3 of something are flowers.  Note the 3 handmade blue flowers on the heart, they are all the same. I also put three handmade flowers on the bottom.

3 of a kind, Blue handmade flowers.

Some more flower that I made that could be considered 3 of something.

3 cupcakes in the box, as you can see, it could fit 4 or 6 depending on the size of the cupcakes.  You could put mom's favorite candies or cookies, or just use it as a box to hold a gift.

Oh this is my latest thing, I have been putting my small paper scraps through a shredder and then using them like this.

I am entering this box into the following challenges:

Just Us Girls - Ch# 631 Word Week
Shopping Our Stash - SOS 469 "What a difference you've made in my life"

International Art & Soul Challenge #128 "Saint Patrick's Day"

 Hello My Friends,

It is so weird, February seemed like it was flying by but the last week has gone by so slowly!  I am ready for March one more day!  It includes one of my favorite Holidays St. Patrick's Day.

I have really gotten into making tiered trays.  Here is an Altoid box that I recycled into  St. Patrick's Day Decor.

Here is the outside of the box.  I got the beautiful lady from a SVG file from Etsy. I coated her with several coats of Mod Podge and gave her lots of bling.

Inside I cut out an Irish Poem and added some ephedra.  As you might be able to see from this photo, I added lace and a gold string of bling.

Here is my recycled Altoid Box on the top layer of my 3 Tiered Tray.  If you don't mind, I would like to show you the rest of it.  I started out with a base of Antique Handkerchiefs.  This wasn't an original idea, I saw it on Pinterest, I think.   I then went to my hubby's pole barn and got my St. Patrick's day box out.  (hasn't been out since the pandemic) I was shocked at all the sweet figurines that I owned.  There used to be a Lenox Outlet at the Factory Stores we passed on our way to the Ocean.  I would always stop and get myself something, my husband would always get something for our daughter.

3 Tiered Trays are so much fun to create.  I am already getting ready for my Easter Tray!

I am entering this Altoid Recycled Box into the following challenges:
