Paper Pumpkin Cards

Hi Everyone,

The "stay at home" rules are getting tighter and tighter here in Maryland.  We are only allowed to leave our house for food or medication.  I just heard on Facebook that we are not going to be allowed to take our boats out!  That is going to be very hard on us....but we do what we have to do to keep others safe.

So I started getting these Stampin' Up Paper Pumpkin kits because there is a group of ladies that meet once a month in our area and put their kits together.....sigh....I got to go to one meeting before we were shut down.  It was about ten women and they were all very friendly.

I put together one of each card from the latest kit March 2020 kit.  Here they are.

I think I will send this one to my sister - No Matter the Weather We're In This Together

I think I will send this one to my brother in law - "Wishing You Brighter Days Ahead".

This card "Spring Fever" is going to go out as a "Secret Pal" card to some elderly neighbors.

I am entering these cards into the following challenges:

Crafting Happiness - #42 ATG (Weather)
Crafty Cardmakers - #253 Spring
Fab n Funky - #474 April Showers (Or whatever the weather)
Paper Craft Crew - #376 Color Challenge

The House That Stamps Built - April Showers (Something Wet)
Creative Inspirations - April Challenge - April Showers and Flowers

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hugs,

  1. All of these are great Chriss. Yes, we're all in this together I guess.
We have the shelter in place where I live now too. But, I'm ok. Sad that you can't even take the boat out with the weather finally warming up. Hopefully you can soon.

  3. I enjoy the Paper Pumpkin too - and I thought this month was just too cute. Can't believe you are on such strict movement, but we have to do what we have to do to keep everyone safe. Great job on our challenge and hope to see you again at The House that Stamps Built.

  6. Lovely cards Chriss - it's a bit frustrating, all these lock downs etc... We have been in lock down for over a week now - essential shopping, like you, only. We are allowed out to walk/exercise close to home only. Thankfully it's still warm and sunny, but it will be hard if this continues into winter.
    Stay safe

  8. First of all, I love your card. Perfect for the weather challenge. Second, I have been trying to find an extra March 2020 Paper Pumpkin kit because I love the cards I keep seeing with it! If you know of one out there that's unused, I'd love to buy it! Thank you so much for playing along in our Crafting Happiness Challenge this week. Hope you’ll link up again!

  10. Lovely trio of cards. Love those wellies on each one especially the last card. Would love a pair that looked as good as those. We are allowed to go out for a walk once a day or a cycle ride but must keep, our distance from any one else. Those that can work from home are required to do so and only key workers can use thier cars to get to and from work. We only go out when needs must to get supplies in. These are strange times we are living in at present but we will get through them. Stay safe and well. Hugs Mrs A.
