Beyond Measure Blog Hop!

Good Morning!

If you arrived here from

Julie at 3 Girl Jam you are in the right place! To start from the beginning, please click HERE

I am so happy to be sharing this day with my good friend Tammy at Beyond Measure as she celebrates her one year blog-a-versary.  Many of you have heard my story of how I became very ill with Meniere's disease and had to leave my Federal Government job.  I had to leave all my co-workers who were my friends and start a whole new life.  My children were grown and gone, my husband traveled sometimes for weeks at a time.  I was very lonely and very sad.  Then I found two things.  Scrapbooks/cardmaking and my dog Louie who I rescued from a kill shelter.  Now, even though I am very often sick in bed for a week or two, I consider myself to be "Blessed Beyond Measure" I feel filled up spiritually, physically and mentally.  I am so grateful for this life I have been given.

Here is my card, It is called Blustery Day.  The digital stamp is from A Day For Daisies Stamps I put some music behind it because it reminded me of days in my childhood when I would go walking and singing with my friends and we would laugh as the wind tried to steal our song!

Here is a close-up of the digital stamp.

Here is the sketch I used from Simon Says.

Here is the candy I am giving away to one lucky follower (note, you must be a follower of my blog).

It is some yummy Christmas Candy!

Speaking of Yummy Candy!  There are two grand prizes on this hop!  One from Julie at 3 Girl Jam  ($20.00) Gift Certificate and A Faithfully Yours Kit from Dawn ($16.99) plus all the prizes given away at each of the hops sites!  Wow!  You must stop at all the hops and and leave a comment that you were there and you have from 6:00 am this morning until 7:00 am Monday morning 11/26/12  Here is the lineup in case you get lost.
