Belated Happy Thanksgiving. Hope yours was wonderful. Like your Charlie Brown Thanksgiving image. My daughter who is a sophomore in college was home for the holidays and enjoyed good home-cooked meal. Today I talked her thru cooking a dish at her apt. We make Polish dishes as part of our background heritage and she wanted to know how to make Pierogies. Have been working on a recipe book for her and will have to add this one to the book.
