Google Eyed Turtle Card

Happy Tuesday!  So my 29 yr old nephew JoJo was complaining on facebook that no one writes letters anymore.  He says that when he goes to his mailbox all he gets are bills.  He asked if anyone would write to him and said that if they did, he would write them back.  I told him that I would make him a handmade card.  He loved that idea and said he wanted one!  So here is the card I made him.
Hum...I see a few threads that need cut...ok so here is the problem, what do I write inside?  I talk to the kid on facebook almost every day.  Any ideas?

  1. LOL, sorry I know it's not funny that we don't know what to write about, but really with facebook we pretty much know what's going on with friends and family. I have no clue what you should write...

  5. This is so adorable, Chriss!! I love the colors! I'm drawing a blank on what you should write inside, too. I guess "how the shell are you" probably isn't appropriate for a nephew, eh?! :D

  6. That is an adorable card, Chriss...love the sentiment.
I would write to him about why he is special in your life.....how you felt or what you remember when he was born, or little, or what it means to you to be able to chat with him so often on FB....things that you wouldn't normally talk about, that will make him feel great!

I think it is sweet that he wants some snail mail!

LOL if he has a fun sense of humor
