Boys On A Boat

Happy Saturday!  I have really enjoyed making cards but I have to get caught up on my layouts.  So I am starting with oldest photos and working my way back.  Today is photos of a trip we took with my next-door neighbors (our fake grandchildren) out on our boat a couple weeks ago.  I have to warn you....there is bad poetry ahead!  I can't help it, bad poetry overtakes me sometimes and I have to write it.  At first, I didn't include it in my scrapbooking, but then I thought about how fun it will be for my family to look back at my scrapbooks and read the bad poetry to each other and laugh at me (with me?) in the future, so now I put it in there.  It is a part of who I am so...um...enjoy?

Can you guess what the orange netting is behind the photo?  I was trying to give it a little Nautical feel.  Look Closer...

I was also going for a kind of "things washed up on the beach look" don't know if I achieved that.  The poem is also a tag with hidden writing.

Here is the 2nd page thank you for looking.  The sketch is from my favorite site on line Let's Scrap.  If you haven't been there, you should visit http://letsscrap.ning.com/ I just love them there!
