A Birthday Card for my Sister

Good Morning,

 Hasn't it been a strange summer.  I guess we all have a low grade depression.  Some of us are at home with our children all day, some of us are all alone with just our animals to keep us company, most of us are afraid of getting COVID-19.  I'm not so afraid for myself but rather for my hubby who has a very weak heart with a pacemaker/defibrillator.  I seem to have lost my MOJO.

 Here is a card that I made for my sister who is 11 months younger than me, so for two weeks every year, we are the same age.

 This is a cute stamp from Penny Black called Number1.

It is so cute because it comes with different names, Dad, Mom, Grandma, Grandpa, Brother, Sister, Friend & Teacher.    https://www.simonsaysstamp.com/product/Penny-Black-Clear-Stamps-NUMBER-1-30-537-pb30537.  Oh my gosh!  I just discovered it comes with a die too!  I'm going to have to go back to Simon Says Stamps and get that too!



 Here is a close up of the card.  I colored it with my Copics, I have a new embossing folder so I embossed the background paper, I used my Spellbinders Oval Dies, the ribbon, bow, flower and butterfly are all from my stash.

    That is a great stamp to have with all the different names to add to it. It was just a normal mozzie but
    I react so badly to them. I dread getting bitten so going out in the garden
    I am kitted up to the hilt almost to the point of looking like a bee keeper but they still manage to get to me.hugs Mrs A.
