Valentine Twist Pop Card

Hello friends and welcome visitors,

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!  I hope you have someone you love to share this day with.

Today I would like to show you a card that I made for my friend Sheila.

It is a Valentine Twist Pop Card, it was very hard to make...

On the outside it looks like a regular card. (Isn't the envelope pretty?)

But when you open it, what a big surprise!

I just about pulled my hair out trying to make the twist part underneath.  But it was worth it don't you think?  The sentiment is from Docerela Stamps - Be Mine.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Sunny Day Crafting Challenge #36 - Die Cuts
DL Art Thankful Thursday Challenge #197 - Pink & Red
Die Cuttin Divas Challenge #304 - Valentine Colors
Connie Can Crop #55 - Stamp Your Heart Out
Pile It On Ch # 126 - Hearts on Fire
Come and Get It Challenge - Love is in the air

Thank you so much for stopping by!  Valentine Kisses!

Hugs,

  1. Awwww.... Fabulous!! Love your pop up card and also the envelope! How many work! Your friend surely has blowed up receiving it from you!!
...I have found a die for the twist mechanism, the brand is All Occasion Die, I bought it from Joanna Sheen. It cuts and fold well and there is a video that shown how work with it. Hope this helps you for the next time :) These pop up cards are so fun!

  9. Those cards are SOOO much fun to make, aren't they? And such a surprise when you open them. I made one with a flying football for my son.

The four panels are a perfect fit for the word, love. And I love the little frames you put each letter on. Beautiful job.
