Sad News

Dear Friends,

 Our beloved dog Louie (the Lou in Scrappin' with Chriss and Lou) passed away yesterday afternoon.  If you would like to learn more about him, please click on "Lou" at the top of the page.

 I will be taking a break from crafting for awhile to take time to grieve my sweet boy.  He was the light of my life the reason I got out of bed every morning.  I will miss him for the rest of my life.

    Oh no! That is so sad to hear Chriss, I know that Louie meant the world to you and it must be so devastating for you. I really enjoyed Louie even if I didn't know him in person... I hope you will have his ashes scattered their and out to sea where you folks would go out a lot too. Aww that is so sad, I know he was getting a bit old but would always bring a smile to see him through his photos. Take care my friend, my prayers are with you and I will him very much too. RIP Louie!

    Chriss I am so sorry to hear such sad news. I know how much our furbabies mean to us. My heart is just broken for you. I lost my girl Kimber and my sadness for her runs deep. I am thinking about you, and praying for peace.

    Oh, Chriss, this is so sad. My heart breaks for you and I'm tearing up as I type this. These furry kids have a way of pawing their way into our hearts in a major way. It is good you are taking time to grieve - you've just lost a member of your family. Others who have lost beloved pets understand that pain very well. I'll be thinking about you....

    I am so, so sorry for your loss, my friend. I've been there and the pain is excruciating. It will take time but you will be able to look back and see all of the joy Louie brought into your life without pain. He was lucky to have you as his mom.
