OSAAT Challenge #232 Anything Goes With Women!

Hello My Bloggy Friends and Welcome Visitors!

I have had quite a crafty weekend.  I have been spending time in my craft room working on several projects.  Today the sun is shining, the birds are singing and my husband is taking me out to lunch.

We have a new challange over at One Stitch At A Time it is "Anything Goes with Women".  Here is my card.

So this is what happened.  I had my card all planned out.  I was going to have my nurse & Get Well Soon Sentiment on a Teal Blue Paper with a black background.  So I put everything together, glued it all to my paper and then decided to use red as the background instead of black....does the black bow look weird?  I probably should have changed it to red or teal....sigh...I wanted you to know that even design team gals make mistakes sometimes.

Anyway, the nurse is from Pookie and you can purchase her HERE.  I just love her, she was so fun to color and since she has that anime look, I decided she should have purple hair.   Can you see that the band aide paper from Digital Delights (by Louby Loo) has been embossed to match the paper above?  I chalked all around the edges with Powder Puff Tahiti, added the red & black candy embellishments and the bow.

I cut her out with my Cameo Silhouette and colored her with my copic markers.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

Crazy 4 Challenges - C4C276- Put A Bow On It.
Chalk N Stock - Anything With Chalk

Thank you so much for stopping by and please stop by One Stitch At A Time to see what the rest of the Stitchy Angels have created and then please play along with us!

Hugs,
