Decorate To Celebrate Challenge #74

Good Morning My Friends!

 Welcome to another Decorate To Celebrate Challenge #74; Mother's Day or Birthday.   This idea has been floating around in my head for quite some time.  When I saw Graphic 45's "By the Sea" I knew this would be the perfect gift for a beach cottage.

The tray is the KaiserCraft Carry Tray #SB2258.  If you go to their site; they have instructions for  putting it together including the size to cut the paper.    The candles are remote controlled, I really like them; they give the mood of candles without having to worry about fire.  I bought a necklace for $2.99, took it apart and tied pieces of it around the candles with twine to give them a nautical look.

I filled the inside of the tray with rust & white raffia and lots of sea shells.


I added lots of decoration to the outside.  Most of it is from the Graphic 45 "By the Sea" collection; some of it is "fussy cut" from the paper; I also added a Tim Holz bottle of sand, some real seashells, a stickpin, a flair button from ScrappyKDesigns and an anchor and key that I cut out on my Cameo Silhouette.


Here it is all lit up!  whooooo!  Can you tell that I am really having fun making these beach projects?
