Sympathy Card

Good Morning My Friends,

You know; I always have this idea in the back of my mind that I will make get well cards and sympathy cards in my spare time.  I have had some success with get well cards; but I seem to only be able to make sympathy cards for the person who has passed away or their family.  I need to think of their loved one whilst I make the card.  Here is a sympathy card I recently made for a friend.

I am without a printer right now and I am working from my laptop so no digital stamps to color; just Spellbinders & a sympathy stamp.

Recipe for this card:

Card Base - Cameo Silhouette Store
Spellbinders Resplendent Rectangles
Spellbinders Decorative Labels 22
Paper from stash
Ribbon, pearl & butterfly from stash

I am entering this card into the following challenges: - Anything Goes - Anything Goes; Swirls & pearls - Challenge #86 Dies or Punches - TTCRD Feb 26-Mar3 Anything Goes - Use A Bow

Thank you all so much for stopping by!

  8. Chriss, this Sympathy Card is a pure 'Celebration of Life' and the Love and support for your dear friend in her sadness shows through the beauty of this card. The beautiful Spring colours are full of Hope and I love that you have shown the beauty and freedom of the 'loss' of a special life in the butterfly.

Brighter days will come to your friend as she accepts her loss and is able to think of the special gift that she's had in her life up to now ....and this card will help her through these dark days, I'm sure.

Lots of Love Dear friend Ingrid xxx ♥ ♥ ♥
