My Very First Banner & A Winner

For Louie's Birthday Giveaway please click HERE.

Hello My friends,

Today I wanted to show you the banner I made for Doctor Sarah's Graduation.  She received her Ph.D and we had a party for her.  This was the very first time I have ever made a banner.  They are rather hard to make, but Sarah loved it so it was well worth it.

She graduated from Maryland University, so I made it in the school colors with a little terrapin in the center and at the ends.

I was so thrilled because Sarah asked me if she could take the "Dr. Sarah" part home with her to hang in her office at work!  I just love that!

I am entering my banner in several graduation contest that are going on right now.  Decorate To Celebrate is having a link up party for graduations.  Little Scrap Pieces is having a "fun Friday congratulations graduates" challenge.

Thank you so much for stopping by today.  Between graduations and weddings, I have been a very busy, very happy gal.  Oh, by the way, Jimlynn won the $15.00 gift card to either Michael's or Joanne's.  I understand that she has taken a few days off, I will get in touch with her when she gets back from her mini-vacation.

Hugs,
