Paper Doll Dress Up And A Candy Winner!

Good Morning!

We had quite a weekend here on the Chesapeake Bay!  Well, I guess you would say all over Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.  We had a storm come in from nowhere Friday night.  It was a very strange storm! We electric started flickering on and off like it couldn't make up it's mind to stay or go, then suddenly there were these very high winds that came out of nowhere.  It had been over 100 degrees and still all day.  My husband looked at me and said "let's move to the basement now".  So off we went!  We were very lucky not to have any damage, but our neighbor's tree came down, tree house and all.  It smooshed two sheds on it's way down.  We were without electric for all of Friday night, Saturday night and most of Sunday....did I mention my husband started his vacation on Friday....sigh...thank God for generators and swimming pools!

Anyway, I have noticed that a lot of people are posting Cricut Paper Dolls lately and it has been a long time since I have played with my Paper Doll Dress Up Cart, so I decided to make a Pirate Girl.  Here she is.

The Sentiment is from K. Andrew Pirate Tails and Fish Scales (I love this set) and the sentiment says " Have a Swashbucklin' Good Time!".  The "gold sand" is Martha Stewarts Smoky Quartz Glitter.  I really had fun making this card.

Ok now for our winner of the June Candy....what does Mr. Random.org say?   The winner is jennyplace2June 16, 2012 1:52 PM
