A Winner/Post Card From The Edge...

Good Morning!
Last week City Crafter had a challenge to make a post card http://citycrafter.blogspot.com/ The gals there made some really beautiful ones.  I decided that I wanted to make one to go in the front of my smash book.  Yes, I am getting a smash book!  I have so many scrapbook ideas floating around in my head I can't catch them all!  I need someplace to keep them all contained!  I even dream about scrappin'!  I have card sketches and layouts in my mind all of the time, I jot them down on scrips and scraps of paper and then I lose them! So hopefully with the smash book they can all go in one place and will be right there at my fingertips!  Anyway, I made this post card to go on the front page of my book.

It says "Greetings From A Corner Of My Mind"
I dyed the paper with tea bags.  If you would like to see how I did it, click on the tab that says "Photo & Tutorials" at the top of this page.  The digital stamp is from The Stamping Boutique.
And now the winner of the 3 Girl Jam Prize...Random.org says....number 34 Sunshine Honeybee!  Honeybee, if you will click on the tab on the top of this page that says "Contact Me" you will see a form where you can put your name and address.  Please tell me the color of the bundle of ribbon you would like to receive and I will let 3 Girl Jam know right away!
Well thank you ladies for playing along, if you didn't win, don't be sad, I will announce the winner of my big November Candy on Saturday, November 12th.  If you haven't entered yet.  Click on "Candy" at the top of this page.  Mine is the first one.  Then come back because I have some lovely candy to give away in December!  Hugs!

  3. Like the postcard you made. The postcard looks like some of my daughter's artwork and I mean that in a big complimentary way. I made a journal book at a Tim Holtz class I took last yr. I'm excited to have won the ribbon bundle. I emailed you that I'd like the Holly Berry/Mistletoe ribbon bundle and my info. Thanks for letting me know about giveaway & chance to win.

I have about 5 (not official) smash books floating around home here... wish I would have thought to have sold the idea sooner! hehehe! Anyway can't wait to see what else you come up with for your up and coming book!
