A Winner of the Hop and Revised Big March Giveaway!

Hello Friends,

For those of you that read my last post, you know that I am volunteering for a group called Relay For Life and that I am asking everyone to send me their handmade cards to sell to raise money for this group.  If you would like to know more about Relay for Life, please go HERE or read my last blog.  Your card doesn't have to be about cancer, it can be for any Holiday or Celebration.  One person that sends me a card will win this:

It is a tape glider and a stand that my husband made for it.  The stand will come unpainted so that you can paint it a color that you like to go with your scrapbook room.    He made me one too (of course) and here is what mine looks like all painted and colored with bling!  What color will you paint it if you win?

Now, at first I said that because it will be such a heavy package that I could only offer this prize to my U.S.A. and Canadian Followers and that is true.  BUT I do have a prize for my International Followers, Here is what I would like to offer you:

It is some twine from my pal Heather at Fresh Brewed Designs and some lovely Spring ribbon.  I am sorry I can't offer you more, but I know that some of you have told me that you want to participate because it is for Charity and I love you for that!

Ok Here Are The Rules: Contest Ends April 6, 2012

1.  Be a follower of my Blog
2. Post this Candy on your sidebar, or facebook page or tweet about it.
3. Come back here and let me know you did.
4. Send a card (with a blank envelope we have to sell the card with the envelope) to:

Chriss America Real
3303 Prowse Road
Chesapeake Beach, MD  20732

The winner will be chosen from the cards that are sent.

Any cards that aren't sold will be donated to Calvert Hospice and Calvert Nursing Home.

And now for the Winner of the Let's Scrap LEAP Around the World Blog Hop!  It is Vallerie Clegg! Congrats Vallerie!  All of you LEAP girls feel free to send your LEAP cards to me!

Have a great day!

  5. What a fantastic cause. I learned the meaning of Cancer at a very young age, when my Grandma was diagnosed and later lost her life to the disease. I have also lost two Uncles to the horrific disease within the last 12 years. I will gladly participate and send a few cards for a worthy cause. Do you need them delivered to you by April 6th? I added the picture to my sidebar and will try to get a post up about the card drive once I finish a few to send!
