April Showers 1

Good Morning,

I hope everyone had a good weekend.  I actually went out and worked in my yard!  By evening my ankles and feet really hurt but I think the only way they are going to heal is by using them.  They said it would be a year before my ankles were completely healed. I have about 10 weeks left before the anniversary of my fall.  I will be starting pool exercises soon.

I wanted to make an April Showers Card, it is a pop out circle card.

The paper is from Graphic 45 "Raining Cats and Dogs" and BoBunny "Double Dot.

I have had the stamp for many years but never used it.  It is a rubber stamp probably about 7 years old.  I colored the image with Copic Markers.  The stitched circle die is from Lawn Fawn.

Here is the back. The sentiment is "April Rain Song"

Here is a view from the side.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:

"How wonderful it would be if we could help our children and grandchildren to learn thanksgiving at an early age.
Thanksgiving opens the doors. It changes a child's personality. A child is resentful, negative—or thankful.
Thankful children want to give, they radiate happiness, they draw people."
