Beachy Keen

Hello Friends & Welcome Visitors,

Hope you had a wonderful weekend!  The weather here in Maryland was perfect this weekend.  We are going for boat rides, catching Maryland Blue Crabs off of our pier so all's right with the world!

A design buddy of mine is on a new design team so I recently went to see what this group was all about.  It is called MHK Designs they have the most beautiful vintage digital stamp sets I have ever seen!  Of course I had to get one.  This one is called Beachy Keen stamp set.  It not only came with the image but with many sentiments too!

I have had this Premier Altered Kit from Quick Quotes Club Q for awhile, I was just waiting for the chance to use it.  The two came together to make this frame to give to my sister for her birthday.

I wanted it to look like dusk.  That used to be one of my favorite times to take my children to the beach to burn off that last little bit of steam before I would give them a bath, read them a story and tuck them in bed for the night.  The song I was listening to and inspired by is "Summer Wind" by Frank Sinatra - https://youtu.be/3e1j3o_NPLA How did my children grow up so fast and move away?
