Hello My Friends,
Today we have a new challenge at Decorate To Celebrate "3-D Flowers" as most of my regular readers know; I love to entertain at home since it is hard for me to visit. I decided to make napkin holders using rings cut from the cardboard in the inside of paper towels that I painted white (base coat) and then green. I then made flowers to match my plates and put them all together with a brad. Here is a close-up of the napkin ring...
