Seaside Sisters

Good Morning!

 Oh we have really been suffering under a heat wave here in Maryland!  It isn't even cool out on the Chesapeake bay.  They are saying we will get some storms on Saturday, I hope that cools it off.  So I am in a very beachy mood.  I also noticed that Simon Says is having a "By the Sea" challenge.  I have had this digital stamp from A Day For Daisies for over a year so I decided it was time to use it.  The name of this digital stamp is "At Sea With Sister" and you can purchase it HERE.

This is a flip fold card.  I printed out the seashell border, corner & charm on my Cameo Silhouette and then colored them with my Tim Holtz Distress Inks and then used fine embossing powder to make them shiny.


Here is a closeup of the digital stamp.  Notice I put a little stickel in the waves?  I couldn't resist!

    This is a cute card and cute digi Chriss! I love the shadows under the girls, looks so good and makes me almost feel that sun!! We are under a heat wave advisory too here in PA. I've been staying in the a/c or in the pool, but with the water temps being so high that doesn't always refresh you, even the lakes are really warm! We got nice rain last night which we really needed as the grass is turning brown and the corn was rolling up and looking like pineapple fields! lol Stay cool my friend!
