Dislocated My Shoulder

Hello My Friends,

Well, I am quite loopy today.  I dislocated my shoulder...it is a long, sad story, you don't want to hear....anyway, it isn't like in the movies where they pop it back and you are fine.  They popped it back, gave me muscle relaxants and motrin and told me to rest it for about a week.  So no Copic Marker coloring for me!!!!!  Will I survive?????Do you know that I color with my copic markers almost every day?  If I am not coloring, I am looking at my copic coloring friends blogs and studying their techniques.  Obsessed?  A little.

I decided to let my Cameo Silhouette do all the work today and join in all the Christmas in July fun before it is too late.  I went to SVG Cuts and bought  the Warm Gingerbread Card SVG Kit  So here is my first card.

Isn't that fun?  Here is the inside.  I feel really bad...err...badly?  because I do not know where I purchased this stamp sentiment.  If you recognize it, please let me know.

Do you know that I used all scraps to make this card?  So cool!  Wow, I feel like I am writing this blog very weirdly today, I hope it isn't as weird as I think it is.  Muscle relaxants make everything foggy.

  3. A whole week without copics!!! I'd be lost. My heart goes out to you. I think you have the right attitude, this is a great opportunity to explore some neglected toys. Who knew a dislocated opportunity could turn into a creative opportunity.

Love you much, Take care of yourself and I pray you heal quickly!

  6. OUCHIE!!
    Your post makes perfect sense.
I understand your pain. I dislocated my kneecap a few years back and just thinking about it makes me cringe. Then I had a bad case of frozen shoulder. You do not realize how much you need your body parts until they are gone for a while.
    TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!!
I love your cute card. TFS.
