Missing My Dad

Good Morning,

Today I would like to show you a card I made for my dad.  He passed away last January and I have been missing him every time I go fishing.  There were two things I would talk to my dad about, fishing and dogs.  I have had this little digital stamp from Fresh Brewed Designs for awhile Huckleberry Pie Goes Fishing do you see that he has little angel wings on his back?  I like to imagine my dad fishing in heaven.  I also used the Washi Tape "Admit One" .

This is another 3-D swing card made on my Cameo Silhouette.

Thanks for stopping by today, I appreciate your comments!

Hugs,

  7. Like this. Wonderful way to remember your father. When I was younger I enjoyed many times fishing with my Grandfather, my Dad's Father.

"When the trees their summer splendor
Change to raiment red and gold,
When the summer moon turns mellow,
And the nights are getting cold;
When the squirrels hide their acorns,
And the woodchucks disappear;
Then we know that it is autumn,
Loveliest season of the year."
