There is a Bun in the Oven!

Good Morning!

Remember the good old days (wow, I might really be dating myself here, oh what the heck, we all know I am very old...sigh) when you couldn't say someone was pregnant?  So the grown up ladies would say "she has a bun in the oven." I just love that!  When I saw this stamp from Freshly Brewed Designs I knew I had to make a card!  Right now in my family of 14 children, 46 grandchildren and 26....or maybe 27 great grandchildren, someone is announcing they are pregnant all the time!

I cut the squares at a weird slant to try and give the card a "retro" look, did it work, or does it just look sloppy?  This was very easy to make because there is a sketch challenge going on over at the Fresh Brewed Design Challenge Blog right now, so I just followed the sketch.  Can you tell I am a big Fresh Brewed fan?  I just love that site!  I have pretty much all of the stamps digital and rubbah (as Heather would say).  These stamps just make me smile.  They are funny and witty and cute!  If you haven't ever been to http://freshbreweddesigns.blogspot.com/ you have to go see for yourself!  I promise you won't be disappointed!

Thanks for stopping by today!

Hugs!
