Happy Thursday Everyone! As some of you know, I started off scrapbooking with Creative Memories and for many years I used their stickers and pages and didn't really do anything different. When I look back at my scrapbooks they look fine. I am so grateful that I learned to scrap and learned the basics of scrapping from my Creative Memories consultant. Then I went on a weekend crop not sponsored by Creative Memories (need I say more?) I could not believe what the women around me were doing! Not only that but I won the big door prize and it had all kinds of stuff in it (gasp flowers...) that I had never seen nor used! So I came home and started looking around on the web and I found my on-line group of friends at Lets Scrap. They were so helpful to me because they have a challenge every week where they supply the sketch so your imagination is free to wonder within the bounds of the sketch, you can move the elements around. I'm sure at first I drove them crazy with my endless questions, but they were so friendly and patient and always gave me good, constructive answers. So, I am now ready to start stepping out and trying something new. This summer, I am going to try (to try) something new every Thursday. This Thursday it is the Explosion Box. If you would like directions on how to make one, you can go to Lets Scrap Challenge 101 http://letsscrap.ning.com/forum/topics/challenge-101 or click on my Lets Scrap Button on the right of the page. So here is my Exploding Box.
This is the Bottom Section
This is the middle section with space for more photos.
And this is the top section. This was so much fun! I hope you try something new today too!
I am entering this in MY CRAFT SPOT - Monday Challenge and PAPER PLAYTIME.
Please come back tomorrow when I will announce the big candy give away. You can win a Mickey Mouse Cricut Cartridge for yourself and also win a prize for your friend! Whoo Hoo!
