OSAAT #237 Anything Goes With Appreciation

Good morning my friends and welcome visitors!

I hope that you are having a wonderful weekend!  I have been gardening.  I love putting all my baby plants in the ground and watching them grow.

Wow!  My craft room is getting a little dusty!

Luckily for me, I have my design teams to keep me motivated.  Today, I get to show you what I made for one of my favorite design teams One Stitch At A Time.  The challenge is #237 - Anything Goes with Appreciation.

The name of this digital stamp is Sea Captain by Floppy Latte.  I just love his rugged good looks.  He could be used for a birthday card, Father's day card or even wall art.

Here is a close up of the old man of the sea.

As you can tell, I really enjoyed coloring him with my copic markers.  I chalked around the edges with my powder puff feather gray chalk.

The stamped sentiment says "A light, a compass, a beacon true -My life is richly blessed by you."  This sentiment always makes me think of my "Sea Captain" my husband who keeps me on course and reminds me of what is important in my life.  I hope he knows how much I appreciate him.

The paper that I used is Graphic 45 "By the Sea" and Authentique "Down by the Sea" the Embellishments are also from Authentique.  The stamp is from Stampin' Up.  I used my Cameo Silhouette to cut out the step card.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
