Can you believe this? I actually did a scrapbook layout! As some of you know, my sweet dog Louie turned 9 years old on Saturday. I had to do a layout for his baby book. I really had fun making this. I had forgotten how much fun layouts are. Hopefully I will have time to do more in the future.
I am just addicted to Graphic 45's "By the Sea" paper. I use it whenever I can.
Here is all the decorations on the bottom. As you can see, I once again cut buttons from the little pieces of scrap paper and used them for decoration. For those of you that asked me about my button punch, it is made by Marvy Uchida. I went to their blog site and it doesn't look like they are making them anymore. I did however find it on e-bay -Here I hope this will get you there. Please note: I am NOT the seller on ebay; I just had a lot of people ask me where I got my button punch so I thought I would show it to you! It says on the site that there are 10 available. I am however going to buy one and give it away as a prize on my blog VERY soon!
Here is a close-up of my precious Louie on the boat. Yes, he is wearing a crab hat and sunglasses! He will wear them on the boat but as soon as we get off the boat he makes me take them off (I don't think he wants the dogs in the neighborhood to see him wearing them). If you are a dog lover and would like to read more about my baby and how he came to be in my life; please go to the top of the page and click on Lou and read all about him.
I am entering this layout into the following challenges:
