Thank You Cards

Good Morning My Friends,

Today I would like to show you two thank you cards that I made.  One is to send to my husbands boss; he sent us a beautiful Harry & David gift pack for Christmas; the other is to go to my son's girlfriend's parents who sent us an electric wine opener and a HUGE box of Lindt Chocolates.

I am old fashioned and still send Thank You Cards. Now I do believe there are times when you can say thank you on facebook; but when a person goes out of the way to buy you a present; a proper thank you card is required.  My friend Joanne and I have decided on new rules for this modern age. 1. We send/bring a gift to the wedding.  2.  If we receive a thank you note from the wedding; we send a gift when the baby is born.  If we don't receive a thank you note from the wedding gift; we stop sending gifts.  Since I have a HUGE family; this has really cut down on the number of gifts I have to send out!

Here are my cards.

Here is the 2nd one.

As you can see; the base paper color is different.  I also had these white birds; I wanted them to stand out a little on the card so I colored the wings with Copic BG000 and BG01.

Recipe for card

Card Base - BoBunny A Gift of Love
